Preserves pulp vitality and can be placed directly on the pulp due to the formation of hydroxyapatite during the mineralisation process. Creates a tight seal within the dentine tubules and dentinal bridge. Resin-free formula. Contains the sealing ability to replace the dentine in the crown and root, and reduces the risk of secondary caries due to the creation of mineral tags in the dentine tubules. Holds the same mechanical properties as dentine. Alkaline pH limits bacterial growth, helping to decrease post-operative pain and the risk of secondary decays.
